Harbor Signs, Inc. manufacturers commercial signs and displays with traditional quality, design and service while utilizing the most modern methods and technologies.  Our goal is to produce not only beautiful graphic communication, but also to convey your company's image through a consistent graphics program.  Our further aim is to do this in an environmentally and socially responsible way.  We are licensed with, and comply fully with San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District, State of California Environmental Protection Agency, Stockton Fire Department, and State of California Contractor's License Board.  We are bonded and fully insured.   We are members of the Stockton Chamber of Commerce, Stockton Women's Network, and the Executive Club of Stockton.

Our company was founded in 1984 by Laura Fortune.  She brought with her 10 years of traditional knowledge in the sign industry.  That included her journeyman sign painter's card with special emphasis graphic arts, sign design, letter formation, gold leaf, screen printing, and production management.  Laura also possesses a certificate of Interior Design.  She continues to head the design department using modern technology, traditional concepts and an artist's eye.

Production is guided by Kurt Loewen who has an extensive background in woodworking, furniture and cabinet making.  He has a journeyman's card in cabinet making from the Woodworker's Institute of California.

Malcolm Fortune leads the sales department.  He is continually amazing our team with the scope of work he initiates.  Malcolm is also quite a craftsman with emphasis on fine woodworking and the application of custom finishes.
